Our Policies

Channels of Sales: Our products may only be sold direct to consumers and not to third party distributors unless explicit written permission is given.

New & Active Accounts: New accounts will be opened at Sweet Surrender’s discretion, and each individual resale location must be approved by us directly.

The minimum order for all orders is $500 USD. Products must be ordered in increments of ten (10) units per SKU.

After three (3) months of inactivity, your account will be placed in an “Inactive” status. You’ll be notified via email with a reminder to place an order to avoid suspension of your account; however, if no purchases are made within thirty (30) days of receiving notice, your account will be closed.

Labeling: For wholesale orders, products come fully packaged and labeled in Sweet Surrender’s packaging.

For Private and White label accounts, your products will come to you individually shrink wrapped; however, you must provide your own front labels as we do not offer labeling services at this time.

Please refer to the FDA Labeling Regulations page for resources to help you create labels according to FDA requirements. We will provide a complete ingredients list for all SKU's purchased to assist with your labeling requirements. 

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at time of the purchase and must be received before manufacturing begins. The remaining balance along with all shipping fees must be paid and cleared before your order is fulfilled and shipped.

Payment Methods: Sweet Surrender accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payments. We do not accept C.O.D. payment, money orders, or checks. Accounts will be emailed a receipt once the order is received, and again once your order has been processed, filled, and shipped.

Order Processing Time: Unless otherwise specified, the average lead time for order processing for in stock items is 7-14 business days. For soaps not in stock, or custom orders, please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for production, cure time, and packaging.

For non-soap products not in stock, please allow two (2) to six (6) weeks for production and packaging.

Backorders: If an item is not in stock, it will go on backorder and be sent out automatically when restocked. The buyer is responsible for canceling backorders within 24 hours if the item is no longer desired. For order changes, please contact me at jdedwards@sweet-surrender.biz. Refused products will incur freight and/or storage charges in addition to a 15% restocking fee.  

Shipping: US orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Should you have a carrier of preference, please be sure to specify when you place your order. Shipping charges apply and will be added to your invoice upon processing.

The buyer shall be responsible for filing damages with the carrier in the unlikely and unfortunate event of damages incurred during transit.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of initially placing your order without penalty. Any cancellations thereafter forfeit any and all deposits.

Returns/Exchanges: Due to the personal nature of body care products, Sweet Surrender cannot accept returns. Carrier damages must be directed to the carrier; however, if you receive damaged products, please contact me within three (3) business days of receiving your products with photographic evidence. I stand behind my products and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise with your order.

Please inspect all merchandise purchased upon receipt. Accepted claims and returns of products include any evidence of damaged goods upon arrival or a false or incorrect shipment. Failure to make a claim within the stated time, constitutes acceptance of the goods as is. No returns are accepted without authorization from Sweet Surrender.
